Artistically Inked SWAP Card

Hello everyone! Today I wanted to share a card I created for a recent SWAP. I used products from the Artistically Inked Suite. I started with a 4-1/4" x 11" Basic White Thick cardstock scored @ 5-1/2".

Next, I adhered a 1-3/8" x 5-1/2" piece of Artistically Inked DSP to a 1-1/2" x 5-1/2" piece of Polished Pink cardstock. Adhere this piece to the Basic White Thick card base leaving approximately 1/4" on the left side.

I stamped the rose images in Pale Papaya & Polished Pink Ink and then die cut the images out. I stamped the leaves in Shaded Spruce Ink and die cut them out. I attached the flowers and the leaves to the card base using dimensionals.

My original plan was to use the gold accent pieces from the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack, but there wasn't enough to fulfill the 26 card requirement. I needed to improvise. I used the Sprig Punch on a Gold Foil sheet. I cut the sprig in half and attached them with a glue dot.

This die cut is probably one of my favorites. It can be a little time consuming removing all the tiny pieces inside the leaves. The Take Your Pick Die Cut Brush Tip easily removes small cut pieces from dies like this. I cut the leaf die using Granny Apple Green cardstock and attached it to the card base using several glue dots.

The sentiment was stamped in Memento Black Ink. Since I had to create 26 cards I decided to use my Stamparatus for perfect placement. I was able to stamp all 26 cards in just a few minutes. It's always my go to tool for bulk projects! For a touch of bling, I added three sequins from the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack.
