UPCOMING 2025 EVENTS __________________________________________________________________ Hello everyone! Do you have unfinished projects you would like to complete or new ones you want to start? Join us for a fun, creative afternoon! Feel free to bring your own projects to work on, or choose this month's theme kit posted below. I will also have a large variety of kits available for purchase at the event. Space is limited. Please complete this form and submit payment to reserve your spot.   Event location: Ewe Stitch A Maker's Workshop (120 Bunyan Ave Unit C Berthoud Colorado 80513) Crop Date: June 28th 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cost Options: 1) WEEKEND ADVENTURES SCRAPBOOKING WORKSHOP KIT - This DIY scrapbook kit comes with supplies to make three gorgeous scrapbook spreads. Please refer to the picture below for the actual layouts you can create along with kit contents. 2) BYOP (bring your own project) - Feel free to bring any project you are currently working on. 3) DROP-IN - attend for 5 hours or less (only available if seating allows)  Everyone will have their own work space (small table) and can come and go as you please. There is a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee maker if you would like to bring your own food and snacks. It is located next to the Derby Grille so we would also have that as another food option. There is ample parking, central heat & air, a private bathroom, and well lit event space. The venue can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.    Electricity: If you are a digital scrapbooker or plan on bringing a machine (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.) Please bring your own extension cord. If you live around Northern Colorado and are interested in getting together to work on scrapbooking your memories, THIS IS FOR YOU! The retreat is a FULL three days. Space is limited to eight people (due to the amount of beds) and is first come, first served. You must complete this form and submit a deposit to reserve your spot.   Event location: Lyons Retreat House  Three Night Retreat: August 14th - 17th Times: Thursday, August 14th (10:00 AM Check-In) Friday, August 15th (All Day) Saturday, August 16th (All Day) Sunday, August 17th (11:00 AM Check-Out)  Cost: $255 per person (includes applicable tax)*   *$100 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold your spot.  Accommodations: -There are four bedrooms; sleeps 8 (2 queen beds & 6 twin beds) -Three bathrooms -Dining Room & Breakfast Nook -Full Kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker & Keurig) -Everyone will have their own work space (small table) -Internet/TV Meals/Snacks/Beverages:  The house is not in an area that is conducive to food delivery. Meals are included in the cost of the retreat. If you have any severe food allergies you will need to post them in the comments. Due to the complexity of planning meals for a large group, I will be unable to accommodate gluten and dairy free dietary needs as well as other types of food sensitivities and restrictions. I am offering a meal opt out option: $35 discount — available for anyone with extensive food allergies/intolerances or anyone in general preferring to bring their own meals. Snacks and beverages will not be provided. Please bring your own for yourself or to share with the entire group.  Internet/ Electricity: Cell service is very limited in this area. A landline is available & Wi-Fi calling is available if your phone is equipped with this feature. If you are a digital scrapbooker or plan on bringing a machine (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.) Please bring your own extension cord.  Cancellation Policy: Payment Deadline: The remaining balance of $155 must be paid by July 14th. Cancellation Terms: Registrations cannot be cancelled within 14 days prior to the event. Attendance Alternatives: If you are unable to attend the retreat, you are responsible for finding a replacement to fill your spot and ensuring reimbursement.
