BATTER UP - MAY 2021 PAPER PUMPKIN KIT ALTERNATIVE MEMORY ALBUM & CARDS
I've been busy preparing for several craft shows and decided to finish up my May 2021 Batter Up Paper Pumpkin Kit. I thought this memory album was perfect for capturing someone's love of baseball. I also created three alternative cards with the leftover scraps from the kit. It's really amazing how many projects you can create with the Paper Pumpkin Kits when you think outside the box!
Here is a picture of the front cover of the album. I used Night of Navy, Real Red, & Bumblebee cardstock along with elements from the kit. I also stamped tone on tone the baseball hat & bat randomly on the front of the real red cardstock.
Here is a look at the inside of the front cover. Again I used Real Red & Night of Navy cardstock along with elements of the kit.
Close-up view. I stamped All Star in Night of Navy ink on the Night of Navy cardstock layer. I "popped" the baseball & All Star off of the page using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Here is a view of the inside of the back cover. I decided to use a retired stamp set to help create this page. The medal was stamped in Bumblebee Ink on Bumblebee cardstock from the World's Best Trophy Stamp Set.
As you can see, I added Stampin' Dimensionals to several elements that are found in the kit. I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy Ink.
Here is the back of the album. I matched it to look the front.
