WOW! I just can't get enough of this kit! Here's my next five cards featuring the rainbow elements from the So Cool April 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit.

I had so much fun creating these alternative cards! A rainbow is a sign of hope and new beginnings. It also exemplifies a wide spectrum of choices, not to mention colors.
I cut the popsicle card in half and used the rainbow design as my focal point for this card. I love how it coordinates with the popsicle pattern from the Ice Cream Corner DSP. I added dimensionals underneath and centered it on the card base. Don't forget. One of the cool things about this kit is trimming the envelopes and using the inside as another layer for your card.

This card features Coastal Cabana along with the Blackberry Bliss stripe design from the Ice Cream Corner DSP.

For this card, I used the sun sticker element that came inside the kit. I kept is fairly simple. I also included a rainbow sticker on the inside.

I actually goofed on this card. I know you couldn't tell right! I accidentally scored the card base @ 5-1/4" rather than 5-1/2". Rather than cutting & scoring a new card base I decided to move forward with my mistake. I placed a strip of Ice Cream Corner DSP on the inside along with a Basic White cardstock insert. Just a tiny bit of the DSP shows adding a little "pop" of color.

Remember the stencils that were a BONUS gift inside the March 2021 Paper Pumpkin kit? I used both the cloud & sun ray stencil to create the sky background for this card. I used a blender brush with Balmy Blue ink to create the blue sky and clouds first. Then, I used a separate Blender Brush using So Saffron for the sun and rays. I like to blend in a "circular motion". This helps create light & dark shades throughout your project. I added dimensionals under the rainbow card and adhered it to the card base.
