CASE-ING TUESDAY #389 - DAINTY DELIGHT SNEAK PEEK
Welcome to our first CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch Challenge of the new year! I'm so excited to share a fun technique with you this week. I haven't used my Blender Pens in awhile so I thought it was time to enjoy some coloring. Blender pens are dual-tipped and filled with specialized solution for easier blending. They are perfect to color in stamped images.

Here's a look at the design measurements. I did have to alter mine in order to accommodate the stamp I had chosen. I adjusted the layer to 3-3/4" x 4-5/8" instead of 3-3/8" x 3-5/8" as shown in the graphic above.
Steps:
- Card Base (4-1/4" x 11" scored at 5-1/2") Blackberry Bliss cardstock
- Paper Layers:
- 3" x 5" Dainty Flowers 12" x 12" DSP
- 3-3/4" x 4-5/8" Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
- Stamps: Dainty Flowers Stamp Set
- Stamp the image in Jet Black Stazon Ink on the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
- Tools: Blender Pens
- Color the flowers & stems using the colors noted below
- Ink:
- Rich Razzleberry (Flowers)
- Fresh Freesia (Flowers)
- Blushing Bride (Flowers)
- Flirty Flamingo (Inside Flowers)
- Crushed Curry (Flowers)
- Pumpkin Pie (Inside Flowers)
- Orchid Oasis (Flowers)
- Starry Sky (Inside Flowers)
- Shaded Spruce (Leaves
- Old Olive (Leaves)
- Mossy Meadow (Inside Leaves)
- Blackberry Bliss
- Jet Black Stazon
- Sentiment: Dainty Flowers Stamp Set
- Stamp greeting in Blackberry Bliss ink on Basic White cardstock
- Dies: Stylish Shapes Dies
- Die cut the sentiment using the third largest circle die and attach to card base using dimensionals.
- Ribbon: Night of Navy 3/8" Bordered Ribbon
- Cut approximately 24" inches and wrap around the top flap of card. Tie a bow. Trim excess off ends.
- Embellishments: Adhesive-Backed Milky Dots
- Petal Pink (1 large, 2 small)
