CASE-ING TUESDAY #295 - SWEET ICE CREAM
Hello! Welcome back to another CASE-ing Tuesday! Here's the fun card I created for today's sketch challenge.
Want to play along? Today's card was CASE'D from page 46 of the Mini Catalog that featured Shark Frenzy. Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo...
Ok. Now that you've got that song stuck in your head! Let's focus on the card I created. I choose products from the Ice Cream Corner Suite. The ice cream cone and the scoops are from the Sweet Ice Cream Bundle. The pattern paper is from the Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper. I followed the measurements of the card example exactly as shown above.
The first scoop was stamped in Blackberry Bliss. The second scoop was stamped in Pool Party and Bermuda Bay for the sprinkles. The cone was stamped in Crumb Cake with Early Espresso on top. I then punched each of the images out using the Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch.
I die cut the largest Stitched Circle from the Stitched Shaped Dies in Pool Party and glued it onto the multi-colored striped DSP. The sentiment was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink. I added a few mini dimensionals on the bottom and tucked it slightly under the cone. Next, I added a few Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles.
I decided to decorate the inside of the card using a small stripe of the coordinating DSP. I stamped "Happy Birthday" in Blackberry Bliss Ink.
I think this birthday card would be great for just about anyone.
