CASE-ING TUESDAY #294 - BOUQUET OF HOPE

Welcome back to another CASE-ing Tuesday challenge! The concept is to copy & share fun examples of cards that can be found in all the Stampin' Up! catalogs! I hope you like my take on this week's challenge.

We always start with a card example and sketch. This week's card can be found on page 13 of the Mini Catalog and features the Forever & Always Bundle.

My card was designed using elements from the February 2021 Bouquet of Hope Paper Pumpkin Kit. I followed the sketch for the most part and added a few extra details that are mentioned below.

Here's a look at all the supplies that came with the February Bouquet of Hope Paper Pumpkin Kit.

  • Bouquet of Hope Photopolymer Stamp Set
  • Mossy Meadow Classic Stampin' Spot
  • Printed Card Bases
  • Printed Envelopes
  • Cardstock Stickers
  • Die-Cut Labels
  • Printed Die Cuts
  • Gold Foil Die Cut
  • Vellum with Gold Foil
  • Adhesive-Backed Sequins
  • Mossy Meaqdow Linen Thread
  • Adhesive Dots
  • Dimensionals

So, my first detail includes a Square Vellum Doily over the top of the 3" x 2 1/4" Rose DSP layer. I also added a tiny strip of Yellow Polka Dot DSP that I had leftover from the kit and placed it above the sentiment.

Take a look at the seven piece stamp set:

This stamp set will be perfect for a multitude of greeting cards including Sympathy and Thinking of You.

Next, I stamped the image of the bouquet using one of the stamps found in the kit on Basic White Cardstock. I colored the flowers and stems using several different colors of Stampin' Blends to match the colors featured in the kit. I've listed them in the supply product carousel below.

For the last detail, I tied a bow using the Mossy Meadow Linen Thread and added three adhesive-backed Black Sequins.

Now it's your turn! Create your take on this week's sample and be sure to share it on the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group using #caseingtuesday294.
