CASE-ING TUESDAY #499 - SENDING LOTS OF LOVE VALENTINE CARD ❤️

February is the month of love. The Hearts of Elegance bundle offers the perfect variety of hearts and flowers for all your Valentine needs.

The CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch Challenges are a simple tool that helps bring design inspiration and puts them into action. Have you joined the CASE-ing Tuesday group on Facebook yet? If not, we would love to have you.

This week's sketch challenge made it easy for me to come up with a quick Valentine Card for someone I love. I started with a Pretty in Pink card base and stamped the rose image in Pretty in Pink ink randomly on the card front rotating the stamp once after each use. I die cut a white circle using the Spotlight on Nature Dies and adhered it to the front of the card slightly overlapping the right side. Using the Hearts of Elegance Dies, I die cut a large Real Red heart and embossed the paper heart using the Soft Waves 3D Embossing Folder. I glued it on top of the paper circle. Using my paper snips, I trimmed the excess overhang using the right side of the card front as my cutting guide. The second heart shape was die cut from Melon Mambo cardstock. I love all the details found on this metal die! The last paper heart was die cut using Basic White cardstock. Check out the stitched details. I stamped the greeting in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I cut a small amount of Gold 1-1/2" Open Weave Trim and attached it to the bottom of the greeting. Once complete, I attached it to the center of the paper hearts using dimensionals. My next favorite product is the Adhesive-Backed Heart Sequins. The additional gold accents are just what I needed to finish the greeting card.

Happy Stamping!
