I altered the design this week to accommodate the popular A2 card size (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") .
I started with a Thick Basic White card base.
I added a 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" Pool Party card layer. The Wildflower Birthday Designer Series Paper was cut down to 4" x 4". I used several Stampin' Dimensionals to apply this layer to the card front.
The large Basic White Circle Die Cut is from the Spotlight on Nature Dies. I added the slice of cake die cut to the center of the circle die cut using Stampin' Dimensionals.
I stamped the "hooray" greeting in Blueberry Bushel Ink on another circle die cut from the Spotlight on Nature Dies.
This colorful banner was cut in half and added to the upper corner of the card front using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. I added (5) Party Dots to the top of the streamers for added element of design.
The "FOR YOUR" greeting was stamped in Blueberry Bushel Ink on a 1/2" x 1 1/2" piece of Basic White cardstock. I trimmed the Polka Dot Tag down to 1/2" x 1 3/4" and "popped" it behind the greeting using a several Mini Stampin Dimensionals.
I stamped "birthday" in Blueberry Bushel ink on a 5 1/4" x 4" Basic White cardstock layer that was mounted on a 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" Pool Party card stock layer to compliment the inside of the card. Then I added (3) Party Dots for an extra element of surprise!
VIOLA!!! I hope you enjoy the birthday card I created for you today!
Happy Stamping!
