CASE-ING TUESDAY #347 - DRAGONFLY GARDEN BUNDLE

Hello! I've got a great card to share with you today for this week's CASE-ing Tuesday sketch challenge. I reached for a bundle found in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog called Dragonfly Garden. 

Here is the example card we are CASE-ing (Copy and Share Everything) found on page 19 of the Spring Mini Catalog. It features the Peaceful Deer Stamp Set & coordinating Deer Builder Punch. 

Here are the card measurements if you want to play along with us this week. 

(Please Note: A measurement is incorrect. I recommend using a 3" x 4" for the middle panel)

Measurements: 

Soft Sea Foam Cardstock: 4-1/4" x 11" score at 5-1/2" & folded in half

Sea Foam Cardstock Layer: 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" embossed with the Stitched Greenery Die

Fresh Freesia Cardstock: 3" x 4"

Basic White Cardstock: 2-3/4" x 3-3/4"

Fresh Freesia Cardstock: 3/4" x 4" score at 1/2", 3/4", 3-1/4", & 3-1/2"

I stamped the dragonflies and then punched the images out using the coordinating Dragonflies Punch. Next, I colored each of the wings using ombre or color that is shaded and graduated in tone.  Here are the various Stampin' Blends colors I used from light to dark: 

1. Fresh Freesia (Light)
2. Highland Heather (Light)
3. Blackberry Bliss (Light)

I stamped the flower background using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. I colored the flowers, leaves, and stems using various colors of Stampin' Blends listed below.

1. So Saffron (Light)-daisy center
2. Soft Suede (Light)-daisy petals
3. Old Olive (Light)-leaves
4. Fresh Freesia (Light)-flowers
5. Flirty Flamingo (Light)-stems

I added Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to the wings for a bit of sparkle. 

Using the Banners Pick A Punch, I banner cut each of the ends and then attached the sentiment using Glue Dots.
