CASE-ING TUESDAY #334 - SWEET TALK
Welcome to another CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch Challenge! Today I am sharing another sneak peek from the upcoming January-June 2022 Mini Catalog. It's a fun new product suite called Sweet Talk. I'm a huge fan of conversation hearts so this suite really spoke to me!
Here is the card we are going to CASE. It can be found on page 8 of the Holiday Catalog.
Once again the card measurements are provided making it easy to play along.
I started with a Highland Heather card base folded in half. Next, I embossed a 4" x 5-1/4" layer of Real Red cardstock using the Bark Embossing Folder. I adhered it to the front of the card base. I selected this fun heart pattern from the Sweet Talk 12" x 12" DSP and trimmed it down to 3" x 5".
I die cut all these fun envelopes in Real Red, Highland Heather, and Blushing Bride. Once I folded the score lines in, I used a Glue Dot to I attached them to the card base using Multipurpose Glue.
I stamped the "BFF" in Blushing Bride Ink on Blushing Bride cardstock. I die cut the image out and used a dimensional to attach it to the card.
I stamped the "Hug Me" in Highland Heather Ink on Highland Heather cardstock. I die cut the image out and used a dimensional to attach it to the card.
I die cut the solid heart in Real Red cardstock using the same Sweet Heart Die that I used on the conversation hearts posted above. I tied three bows using the new Real Red 3/8" Faux Linen Ribbon and attached them to the front of the envelopes using a Glue Dot.
Instead of layering a 3/4" x 3-1/2" piece of cardstock, I opted for a die cut border instead.
I trimmed the sentiment down to 3/4" x 3" and stamped the sentiment in Real Red Ink on Basic White cardstock. I used dimensionals to attach it to the card front.
