CASE-ING TUESDAY #548 - January Product of the Month Fabulous Sayings Stamp Set

The design of the card I made for you today is simple. I started with a Crushed Curry card base. I incorporated an extra layer of cardstock that measures 4" x 5 1/4" in Basic White. I was particularly drawn to the daisy design from the Cute as a Bug 12" x 12" paper pack. Next, I stamped the "You're on my mind" sentiment in Old Olive ink directly on the Old Olive cardstock layer. I recall seeing the daisies featured in the Easter Basket stamp set and knew they would pair perfectly with the paper design. I stamped the daisies in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on the Basic White cardstock layer. I proceeded to color the center of the flower and leaves with Stampin' Blends in Daffodil Delight & Old Olive. The greeting also comes from the Fabulous Sayings Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Stampin' Dimensionals were used to add this layer to the card front. I added a piece of Irregular Weaver 3/8" Trim as a finishing touch to enhance the overall aesthetic.
