I started with a Lemon Lolly card base. The stripe background paper is a colorful pastel pattern from the Lighter Than Air 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper pack.
Next, I layered 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" Vellum cardstock over the designer series paper.
Using the Everyday Circles Dies, I die cut the largest circle in Basic White Cardstock. I stamped "Welcome, little one along the inner edge of the circle.
I stamped the cradle, arm, and mobile in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Basic White cardstock. Next, I used various Stampin' Blends to color. Once complete, I fussy cut the cradle and mobile out using paper snips. Then I attached the cradle to the front of the card base using dimensionals.
For the final touch, I tied a bow using the Baker's Twine Three Color Pack. Trim off any excess from the ends. Attach the bow to the card front using a mini glue dot.
