CASE-ING TUESDAY #365 - TREE LOT DIES
It's time for another CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch Challenge! One of my favorite Sale-A-Bration items is the Tree Lot Dies. They coordinate perfectly with the Trees For Sale Photopolymer Stamp Set.
Here is the card example from the Annual Catalog that we are CASE-ing this week. It can be found on page 16 and features the Bottled Happiness Bundle.
Here are the card measurements if you wish to play along. I made the square slightly larger so the sentiment would fit better. It's 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" in size.
Let's talk about the ADORABLE Tree Lot Dies!!! You can bring tree-mendous joy to all your papercrafting projects with these dies. They coordinate directly with the Trees for Sale Stamp Set, so you can stamp then quickly create detailed die-cut images for a woodsy scene.

Here's all the card details. I started with an Evening Evergreen card base. I added the Sweetest Christmas DSP to the Basic White cardstock layer and adhered it to the center of the card base.
I die cut the camper using Basic White cardstock. Next, I die cut the side elements in Cherry Cobbler cardstock and the Sweetest Christmas DSP. It's the same polka dot design I used along the bottom edge. The door was die cut using Soft Suede cardstock. Lastly, I die cut the fun Holiday wreath using Evening Evergreen & Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
I colored the tire and the hitch using Smoky Slate & Basic Black Stampin' Blend Markers.
I stamped each of the three sizes of trees in Soft Succulent Ink on Basic White cardstock. Die cut the images out. Next, die cut the coordinating outer layer in Evening Evergreen cardstock. Adhere the two layers together. Die cut the tree stumps in Soft Suede cardstock and attach them to the back of the trees. Adhere the large tree first directly onto the Basic White layer. Attach the other two trees using dimensionals. PLEASE NOTE: I trimmed the tree on the left to fit behind the camper.
Add that extra touch of something special to your craft creations with the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint. This product is AMAZING! You can see the cool details in the picture above. It really looks like snow has fallen on each of the branches!
I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on the Cherry Cobbler Square. I am so thrilled that Stampin' Up! brought back the Embossing Additions Tool Kit. I still need to order one. The small brushes would have worked great to remove the extra powder around the words before applying the heat tool. I attached the sentiment to the card base using dimensionals.
