CASE-ING TUESDAY #469 - EXPRESSIONS OF KINDNESS KIT

Take my breath away!!! To this day, the Expressions of Kindness Kit is one of my favorite all-exclusive card kits. The stunning floral imagery and gold foil accents are BEAUTIFUL.

The CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch Challenges are a simple tool that helps bring design inspiration and puts them into action. Have you joined the CASE-ing Tuesday group on Facebook yet? If not, we would love to have you. I followed the sketch exactly this week using elements from the kit.

In order to create my card, I selected one each of the two card base designs. I cut both of them in half utilizing the pre-score line. Once complete, I chose two patterns to my liking and cut them to the desired size. I added these layers to a 4-1/4" x 11" scored at 5-1/2" solid Blackberry Bliss cardstock base. I stamped the greeting and the flower accent using the Blackberry Bliss Stampin' Spot that came with the kit. I grabbed my paper snips and cut two of the die cuts in half. I tucked both the elements behind the greeting label along with the ribbon. Once complete, I added (3) Adhesive-Backed Gold Sparkle Gems provided in the kit.

Don't forget to use up those scraps! For a fun design element on the inside of the card. I used one of the leftover scraps.
