Halloween Witches Broom Party Favors

So....I was inspired by this idea in the new Stampin' Up! 2012-2013 Annual Catalog (pg.29). I just knew I had to make these for my daughter's class this Halloween! What a WICKED party favor!!

Here is my creation:

The broom stick or "handle" was made using Chocolate flavored Twizzlers® Twists Candy. See below for a complete list of supplies used.
